A Note Regarding Stock Ratings Changes
When we remove a name from our "Recommended" dividend stocks list, that downgrade generally means that we no longer recommended adding to existing positions, or establishing new positions in that stock. When a stock is removed from the Recommended list, investors should employ a sell strategy on the name to protect from possible losses.
In general, we almost always remove stocks that drop 20-25% from the price levels at which we first recommended them. We also do not hesitate to "take profits" if we feel there is a fundamental shift that may be occurring in the stock. Full explanation of our ratings system »
* Stock Price shown is previous day's closing price.
** Recommended Date/Price reflects the stock's price on the day the stock became "Recommended."
