Get Stock Ratings on Your Site!
Dividend.com has developed an easy-to-use tool for website owners to integrate Dividend.com Stock Ratings on their own website or blog. Including the Dividend.com Widget on your website can enhance your site's content and provide your users with additional insight into a specific stock's viability as an investment.
How Does it Work?
Including dividend stock ratings onto your website is simple. Just drop the following code onto the page of your choice:
symbol = "GE";
</script>
<script src="http://www.dividend.com/tools/js/dividend.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
As you can see, the widget has two components. The first component is a simple declaration that specifies the stock symbol you would like to display the Dividend.com Rating for. The second component is a small javascript file that looks up and displays rating information in a 100x100 pixel box. The above example will display the Dividend.com Rating for General Electric (GE).
Another Example
If you'd like to show the Dividend.com Rating for Microsoft (MSFT), you would change the "symbol" declaration accordingly:
symbol = "MSFT";
</script>
<script src="http://www.dividend.com/tools/js/dividend.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
Please Note!
Dividend.com focuses solely on dividend-paying stocks. Therefore, we do not provide research and ratings on stocks that do not pay dividends. If you specify a stock symbol to our widget that does NOT pay a dividend, nothing bad will happen -- you will just see a blank space.
