As my alarm rang at 5:30 am I hopped out of bed, excited by the potential of the day. Driving to the airport was uneventful, but my heart rate quickly rose as I vaguely made out the flashing red letters at my gate: “Delayed”. It wasn’t until I got closer that I could see my flight to Los Angeles was delayed from 8:30 am until 1:25 pm. My blood pressure rose and sweat glands started to work harder.
Why?
I didn’t want to miss my meetings with the “Dividend Innovators”.
