Leave it to the Germans to come up with a word for the pleasure you feel at someone else’s pain: schadenfreude.
I hate to admit it, but I’m basking in schadenfreude right now at the recent news that hedge fund big shots are posting big-time losses so far this year — after a particularly rotten 2015.
So why the schadenfreude?
